Metal Embossing
Metal Embossing with Julie from Atelier et Pourquoi pas – on April, 25th from 10h to 12h30

During 2.5 hours, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the technique of metal embossing and create your own lucky charm, like an ex voto, to hang in your home.
No prior knowledge is necessary; you’ll be guided step by step and let your inspiration guide you. Choose from several original designs that you can easily transfer onto the repoussé metal. All the tips and tricks for drawing and shaping your lucky charm will be shared.
You’ll leave with your new hanging decoration and a kit containing all the necessary materials to continue creating at home.
Embroidered Badge

After an introduction to a few embroidery stitches, you can create your own floral badge (or not!). You choose the design, shape, fabric color, and pattern to make a unique piece to attach to your clothes. No prior skills are necessary; embroidery beginners are welcome. You’ll leave with your new handmade accessory.
Embroidered & Customisation

You’ll start with an introduction to a few embroidery stitches that will allow you to easily add color and texture to any basic garment. Bring a t-shirt, sneakers, a shirt, a denim jacket, or any other fabric accessory (cap, tote bag, etc.) that you’d like to customize. If you’re hesitant to start on your own wardrobe, fabric will be available for your first attempts, and you can even turn them into embroidered badges. A basic kit (embroidery hoop and needles) will be provided with this workshop. TIP: Choosing the right fabric is important, especially when you’re starting out! Opt for a “stiff” fabric that won’t stretch out of shape for your first attempts: denim, cotton, linen, and avoid synthetic materials.
