1. General information
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between FabriKa AzteKa SARL and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) wishing to benefit from the services offered.
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions of use and sale and accept them in their entirety.
FabriKa AzteKa SARL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, prices, and offers at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
2. Services offered
Fabrika AzteKa LLC offers:
- Ceramic painting sessions
- Creative workshops: sewing, tufting, embroidery, woodworking, watercolor painting, etc.
- Private events (birthdays, bachelorette parties, team building, etc.) upon request
- Personal development and coaching sessions for individuals or groups
- Gift certificates for all types of occasions
3. Reservations
For all workshops, reservations are strongly recommended in order to participate in a session.
Reservations are mainly made online via our Overfull booking platform.
La FabriKa Azteka reserves the right to cancel your reservation after a delay of 15 minutes.
Privatization and events
Requests for private hire or events (birthdays, bachelorette parties, etc.) must be for a minimum of 10 people and must be made by email.
The reservation will be confirmed after agreement by both parties and receipt of a deposit or full payment, as applicable.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes.
The full price is payable at the end of the session by card or cash.
Any additional charges (extra pieces, large formats, special options, etc.) are payable on site on the day of the activity.
We only accept payments by credit card or via TWINT.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but any service already booked will retain the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
5. Cancellation and refund
The session may be canceled or postponed up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Upon request by email or phone, the session may be rescheduled or replaced with a voucher of equivalent value.
6. Internal regulations
Customers visiting FabriKa AzteKa SARL declare that they have read these internal rules and regulations and accept them in their entirety. These rules are also displayed within the workshop in an area that is accessible and legible to all customers.
Organization of the activity
Our ceramic paints can be cleaned with water. They are non-toxic, lead-free, and food-safe after firing. Do not ingest.
Accessories and materials are provided to help you with your creation during the workshop. We are here to advise you if needed. Everyone is expected to respect the premises and equipment, as well as the other participants. Everyone is asked to leave the space clean when they leave, and sinks are available to clean the equipment used.
Participants must arrive on time. Any delay of more than 15 minutes, without prior notice, will result in the cancellation of the session.
At the end of the session, the customer must take a photo of their painted ceramic piece and write the date and their name on the back. The photo must be presented in order to collect the piece after firing, otherwise the piece cannot be collected. FabriKa AzteKa SARL is not responsible for any loss, exchange, or claim related to confusion when handing over the finished pieces.
Ceramics must be collected from the workshop within 1 to 3 weeks of completion.
Painted pieces are kept for 45 days at FabriKa AzteKa SARL from the date of completion. After this period, unclaimed pieces may be disposed of at FabriKa AzteKa SARL’s discretion, with no guarantee of availability or obligation to keep them.
Participants must adhere to their reservation times. Sessions last 2 hours. At the end of a session, participants will be asked to leave to make room for the next group.
Minor irregularities due to the artisanal process (color variations, small spots, glazing defects) are not considered defects and cannot be the subject of complaints. A fired piece cannot be modified or corrected.
If a ceramic piece cracks or breaks during glazing or firing, it will be replaced. The Customer may then paint a new replacement piece. However, the time invested in the initial creation cannot be compensated.
Painted ceramics, whether awaiting firing or already fired, displayed or stored, on shelves or in cabinets, must not be handled or used by other participants. Any object broken or damaged by a participant will be charged to that participant.
Intellectual Property
Participants agree to respect the artistic intellectual property rights of illustrations, ceramics, or any other works produced, in particular by not copying protected works and not offering any imitations for sale. FabriKa AzteKa SARL cannot be held liable for any such situation.
7. Gift Cards
Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
After this period, FabriKa AzteKa SARL is no longer obliged to accept the gift voucher.
Unique code
Each gift card contains a unique, tamper-proof code.
It can be printed multiple times by the customer, but can only be used once. Any attempt to use it multiple times constitutes fraud and is punishable by law.
Fraudulent use
In the event of multiple use of the same gift voucher, no replacement or reissue will be made, even if the person who used it is not the legitimate holder.
A complaint for document falsification may be filed against the fraudulent user.
Transmission
Gift vouchers are transferable. FabriKa AzteKa SARL only verifies the validity of the mybeezbox code and its actual payment.
Non-refundable
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Loss or theft
In the event of loss or theft of a gift voucher not linked to a customer account, no replacement or refund will be made.
8. Liability
FabriKa AzteKa SARL accepts no responsibility for theft, damage to personal belongings, or accidents caused by improper use of equipment.
Children remain the responsibility of their guardians.
FabriKa AzteKa SARL reserves the right to exclude any customer whose behavior is inappropriate, disrespectful, or dangerous to other customers or the equipment. No refunds will be given in such cases.
9. Right of revocation
There is no right of revocation for services and gift vouchers issued and paid for online.
10. Customer data
All data collected in the context of our contractual relationships is processed by us, stored in our database, and used for our own purposes. You can view our data protection policy.
11. Final terms and conditions
The deletion or invalidity of any clause contained in these general terms and conditions shall not affect the other clauses, which shall remain valid. Any invalid clause shall be replaced by a new clause with similar economic effects.
12. Applicable law / jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
